We implemented a short medical assessment that maps users into four validated weight-loss paths—Diet, Medical, Endoscopic, or Surgical. This test also auto-populates EMR fields and instantly generates a personalized plan, helping users feel supported from the start.

Lightweight EMR Integration for Mobile Health Platforms

We built a minimal EMR that auto-populates from the weight loss test, captures demographics and comorbidities, and allows doctors, dieticians, and patients to add notes and files—ensuring fast sign-up without losing critical medical context.

In-App Health Engagement Tools for Habit Formation

We added a daily-use tracker with three modules: Workout Tracker, Food Diary, and Weight Log—supported by smart push notifications for reminders and motivation driving long-term engagement and habit formation.
